Marinas
In designing marinas on the inland waterways we give high priority to the environmental impact of the whole design. Sympathetic landscaping must blend with the surrounding area and encourage wildlife, plus we pay attention to the design of ancillary structures to ensure they too complement the area.
At Nash we have developed expertise in understanding how the structure of the sub-soil affects the design of a marina. We also use our knowledge to minimise the disposal of soil off site to keep our client’s liability for landfill tax to the minimum.
- Maximise customer appeal.
- Minimise the need for extensive staffing.
- Reduce energy consumption.
- Reduce maintenance.
