Design and build
We have extensive experience of the design and build method of procurement.
We can assist you at the preliminary stage with outline design proposals to help you obtain planning permission, and have had considerable experience in winning the competitive tenders to design the final project.
Working together
As Architects we understand the importance of working as a team with our clients’ other consultants and with the statutory bodies to ensure their requirements are met in full. We also provide a comprehensive range of planning and development services, including:
- Feasibility studies
- Assessment of development potential
- Examination and interpretation of development plans
- Preparation and submission of planning applications, including negotiations with local planning and highway authorities and other public bodies
- Early input from the practice to provide surveys, investigations, feasibility studies and reports to enable clients to make decisions and formulate briefs is encouraged.
