Richard Hull - Commercial Property Consultant
Background:
Started work in the early 70s with Chamberlain & Willows Chartered Surveyors based in the City of London. Moved on to Henry Butcher & Co in 1981working from Holborn in central London leaving as as partner in 1988. Formed Richard Hull Associates from offices in Gresham Street in the City of London which still trades today. Joined Nash & Partners in
1992 and remains a consultant to the company. Locally he is a Director and Trustee of St Wilfrids Hospice.
Role:
Acting as a consultant to Nash & Partners with a bias on the disposal and acquisition of industrial/commercial properties throughout the area of West Sussex and East Hampshire. Also covers rent reviews, property valuations, lease renewals and development advice.
Projects:
In the early 1980's was one of the first appointed property agents for the London Dockland Development Corporation and was reponsible for numerous regeneration projects on the Isle of dogs and subsequently managed the sale and development of 50 acres of regeneration land close to the Royal Docks. Has been involved with the subsequent redevelopment of that area to the present day.
Has acted for numerous corporate clients principally on industrial and commercial properties throughout the UK but specifically in London, the South and South West.
